The app has some really good reviews on the app store and it is supposed to transfer your portrait photos to an era gone by...

True HDR has dropped in price to £0.69

True HDR is a very popular HDR photo capture app, and it has just dropped in price from £1.49 to £0.69. In my view, Pro HDR is a much better app and you should probably hang on for that to get discounted soon.

Photoloupe, an image viewing app, is available for FREE

It is a strangely nice way of viewing your photo using iPhone's gyroscope. First you zoom in to a photo and then tilt your screen to navigate across the length and breadth of the photo on your tiny screen.

Panorama 360 Camera is now available for FREE

I have used the app, but found it to be a bit cumbersome - aligning the red and blue boxes is just too time consuming. I prefer Autostitch for panoramas - its simple, easy and accurate. Nevertheless, you can try out the Panorama 360 Camera app at its current FREE price and then make the judgment yourself.

Photo Stats, an iPhoneography app that shows vital statistics on your photographing habits, is once again available for FREE

Phoster, an iPhoneography app to create posters out of your photos, is available on a discounted price of £0.69

This app has some good reviews on other major iPhoneography app review sites and looks like a promising app to me if you want to create a marketing type poster of your photo.

TransPhotos, a fun iPhoneography app, is now FREE

If you like to use filters on your photos, this app has some cool ones on offer. I would personally not rate the app very high - probably somewhere around 2.5 to 3 out of 5, but you can download it for FREE and check for yourself.

wasHere seems an interesting app and is available for FREE

I haven't yet myself tested the app, but going by its app store description, it sounds quite interesting to me. It takes two pictures simultaneously with the front and rear camera together and then sews them in a way that puts a faded version of the front facing camera image on top of the rear facing one.

I had sent a version of this picture some days ago titled – “Whopping Wednesday”. I just happened to edit that picture in Art Camera app and got some fantastic result, which I thought I can share with you.

This app boasts to have 100 colorful patterns and many unique layouts and styles. I would say its worth a try at its current price. It has a rating of 4/5 from 10 reviews on App Store.

POTD: An autumn scene (MobileMonet version)

MobileMonet, an artistic iPhoneography app, has dropped in price to £0.69

Made by the same guys, East Coast Pixels, that made some other hugely popular apps like Photo Toaster and Color Blast!, this is a good fun app to transform your photos into colored sketches. Colors can be filled in selectively and progressively. You also get options to change the intensity of vibrance, brightness and color.

I personally preferred using this app for landscapes rather than portraits. A good app overall - recommended.

PixelWorks is now FREE

Its a good combination of selective coloring and Blur FX.

It's a cool app to straighten your unintentionally tilted photos.

Artographo, another ToonPaint type iPhoneography app, has dropped in price to £0.69

It is a ToonPaint type app with some extra filters to add to photo effects. I am actually liking it.

Image Blender, a super popular iPhoneography app has dropped in price to £0.69

This app is very popular among iPhoneographers for blending two images using tens of blending options like Multiply, Dark, Light, Saturation, etc.

POTD: An Autmn Scene

Autumn Birds

The wild duck startles like a sudden thought,

POTD: A Rose in a Flower

A Little Budding Rose

It was a little budding rose,

Round like a fairy globe,

And shyly did its leaves unclose

POTD: An Autumn Road

This road, between St. Paul’s and One New Change, has been specially decorated for autumn with all dried and colored leaves stamped on the road. It looks quite beautiful. I am sharing some of the pictures I took with my iPhone last week.
